Sean Walton, Jr. holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a focus in African American Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Capital University Law School. An attorney at The Cochran Firm Ohio, his practice focuses on Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, and Civil Rights.
Attorney Walton is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. Currently, he is active in a number of community and professional organizations, including Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; Thurgood Marshall Law Society, where he is the chair of the New Lawyers Committee; 100 Black Men of Greater Cincinnati; the American Association of Justice; and the Ohio Bar Association.
In the past, Attorney Walton has served in both internship and employment roles with Federal District Judge Susan J. Dlott, in the City of Cincinnati’s Mayor’s Office, and at law firms practicing in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Employment Law.
